Carli Leveling Suspension Base 2.5in Lift 2019–2025 Ram 3500 Diesel 4×4

The Carli 2.5-inch Leveling Suspension System is designed for Ram 3500 owners who keep their truck primarily on-road and want improved ride quality, handling, and stance without a large lift or extensive geometry correction. Custom tuned for all-around comfort, this system is well suited for highway driving, around-town use, towing, and hauling.

At the heart of the system are Carli SPEC 2.0-inch internal reservoir shocks paired with linear rate front coil springs. The shocks feature 6063 aluminum construction, anodized bodies for corrosion resistance, 5/8-inch hardened steel chrome-plated shafts, full serviceability, rebuildability, 6061 billet rod ends, 1-piece bushings, and premium 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.

Notes:

• This system is not upgradeable to any other Carli Suspension system.

• Not compatible with factory auto-leveling air assist trucks.

• Fits 2019 and newer Ram 3500 SRW diesel models.

• For 2019 and newer Ram 3500 DRW models, use CS-DLVL-CS-13-D with no block.

• The 2.5-inch lift height does not require the front or rear geometry correction used in Carli 3-inch systems.

• Front axle may shift slightly toward the driver side after installation; Carli adjustable track bar is recommended for correction.

• Slight eccentric bolt compensation is recommended to correct caster.

• No radius arm drops are included, so slight front coil bow may occur.

• Carli torsion sway bar can further improve ride quality.

• Carli low-mount steering stabilizer is recommended for tires larger than factory size.

Wheel and Tire Notes:

• Recommended tire size is 35 inches.

• Recommended wheel width is no more than 9 inches.

• Recommended backspacing is 5.5 to 6 inches.

• An 18-inch wheel is recommended for optimal ride quality.

• Recommended unloaded tire pressure is 45 PSI front and 40 PSI rear.
