The Carli Leaf Spring Kit is engineered to deliver a smoother, more controlled ride for daily drivers, backcountry explorers, and leveled Super Duty builds. Developed in collaboration with Deaver Spring Inc., this full replacement spring pack reduces overall spring rate to a “light 3/4-ton” feel while increasing progression and suspension travel. The result is a more compliant, predictable ride without sacrificing capability for most real-world applications.

Designed to pair seamlessly with Carli 2.5″ and 4.5″ suspension systems, this kit provides a slight rear-high stance while improving articulation and minimizing friction throughout the leaf pack. Whether you’re commuting, exploring off-road, or running a Pintop or E-Venture system, this spring pack enhances ride quality and overall suspension performance.
