Carli Leaf Spring Kit – 2005–2007 Ford F250/F350 4×4 – 3″ Lift – For 4.5″ System

The Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is designed to complement Carli 4.5″ suspension systems, delivering a smoother, more controlled ride with increased suspension performance. Developed in collaboration with Deaver Spring, this full replacement spring pack replaces the harsh factory setup with a progressive multi-leaf design that enhances ride quality, articulation, and overall drivability both on and off-road.

Engineered with a “light” 3/4-ton spring rate, this system offers improved comfort while maintaining the ability to support load when needed, especially when paired with long travel airbags. With increased progression and optimized geometry, this spring pack provides up to 15″ of rear wheel travel and balanced performance across highway driving, towing, and off-road conditions.
