Carli Leaf Spring Kit – 2005–2007 Ford F250/F350 4×4 – 1″ Lift

The Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is designed to significantly improve ride quality, predictability, and overall suspension performance for leveled Super Duty trucks. Developed in collaboration with Deaver Spring, this full replacement system replaces the harsh factory leaf pack with a progressive multi-leaf design that delivers a smoother unloaded ride, increased articulation, and enhanced control across all driving conditions.

Engineered to pair seamlessly with Carli 2.5″ and 4.5″ suspension systems, this spring pack provides a balanced blend of comfort and capability. With increased spring progression and optimized geometry, it supports improved suspension cycling on the highway, off-road, and while towing, all while maintaining near factory load capacity.

Key Features:

• Full progressive, block-eliminating leaf spring pack

• 9-leaf main pack with 3-leaf progressive overload

• Provides approximately 1/2″ rear-high stance

• Supports up to 15″ of rear wheel travel

• Dramatically improves ride quality over factory leaf springs

• Increased suspension travel and articulation

• Softer unloaded ride with improved load engagement under compression

• Relocated center pin for increased tire clearance (up to 38″, 37″ recommended)

• Includes new U-bolts and rear bump stop drop spacers

• Minimizes friction throughout the spring pack

• Supports up to 37″ tire fitment

• Designed to pair with Carli 2.5″ and 4.5″ suspension systems

• Slight reduction in load capacity compared to factory springs

• Compatible with 3.5″ axle tube diameter

• Requires front hanger relocation for installation (conversion hardware included)

• 2005–2007 applications utilize 2008+ leaf spring design
