Carli Add-A-Pack & Billet Block

The Carli Add-A-Pack & Billet Block is designed for 2019 and newer Ram 3500 4×4 diesel trucks with a 4.25-inch axle tube. This setup improves rear suspension performance while maintaining as much factory payload capacity as possible, making it a strong option for working trucks that need improved ride quality without moving to full replacement leaf springs.

The progressive add-a-pack replaces the lower portion of the factory leaf pack with a higher count of thinner springs to reduce harshness over hard impacts and big dips. For 2019 and newer Ram 3500 trucks, Carli includes a 1-inch in-house machined billet aluminum block to help match Carli 3.25-inch front lift coil springs and provide a level stance.

Notes:

• Designed for 2019 and newer Ram 3500 4×4 diesel trucks with a 4.25-inch axle tube.

• Will not fit 2019 and newer Ram 3500 models with factory air-assist suspension.

• Payload reduction is limited mainly to the removal of the upper overload spring.

• Ride improvement is not as dramatic as full replacement Carli leaf springs, but is the best option for improved ride quality while keeping close to stock capacity.
