This remanufactured turbocharger is fully cleaned and thoroughly inspected before assembly. All seals, piston rings, journal bearings, and mounting hardware are replaced to ensure dependable performance. Each unit is VSR high-speed balanced, and the actuator is fully tested and calibrated prior to shipping for a true bolt-on installation.
