ProRock XD60® High-Pinion Front Axle
The ProRock XD60® front axle sets the benchmark for 60-class strength and steering performance. It features Dynatrac’s patented ProRock® nodular-iron high-pinion center section with oversized bearing bores for elite housing rigidity. A 3.75-inch variable wall thickness axle tube design delivers the best strength-to-weight ratio in its class, while the Dual-Sump High Volume™ oiling system ensures constant lubrication to the outer pinion bearing.
This axle is equipped with U.S.-made, forged, double heat-treated 1550-series 35-spline axle shafts capable of up to 50 degrees of steering angle. New 1550LT® forged knuckles are loaded with Dynatrac HD Ball Joints™ for extreme durability, while forged 4140 fixed spindles and serviceable wheel bearings support tires up to 44 inches. Integrated steering, suspension mounts, and DynaLoc™ locking hubs complete a front axle package that delivers unmatched control, clearance, and reliability.
ProRock XD60® Standard-Cut Full-Float Rear Axle
The ProRock XD60® rear axle is the strongest 60-series rear axle available. It features an exclusive XD60 ProRock® housing with exceptional ground clearance and low-pinion, standard-cut gearing optimized for rear axle strength. Increased pumpkin rigidity, a high-capacity carrier bearing saddle, and industry-leading 4-inch axle tubes provide superior gear stability and durability under extreme loads. A reinforced differential cover with 7/16-inch bolts and an O-ring seal adds additional structural strength while eliminating leaks.
Locker and Gear Options
Both front and rear axles are available with ARB Air Locker, Eaton ELocker4, or Auburn Gears SELECT-A-LOC (formerly ECTED Max), paired with your choice of 4.88, 5.13, or 5.38 gear ratios.
Note: This system comes standard with 35-spline shafts, hubs, and lockers.
